I would not worry too much as it may have to do with the time of year. It would not be a bad idea to weigh her though, and if she seems to be losing weight then further investigation is a good idea. I try and start with the two most obvious places to look for symptoms which are the mouth and cloaca. If I do not see any mucous, bubbles or crust I wait for the next lovely pile of Pit crap and take a look at it. If everything appears to be the same as it always was and the snake is acting normal I would guess the time of year is just telling her it is almost time for brumation. But as I said, weigh her. I agree with Tom. I have a female Northern Pine that drives me crazy with her "on and off" feeding habits - that just the way some pines are.
