Hey,

I have been waiting for somebody to start a thread about Tyler; I have alot to say about him....

Tyler is one of the friendliest, and nicest people I have ever spoken to. He is very sincere, and is very passionate about the animals he keeps. Although I have not bought any animals from him, he always replys to my email questions quickly and explins in detail the answers to any question I may have. He produces high-end chameleons, some of which are second to none. There is not one thing negative I, or anybody else can say about him, or the animals he produces. I surely hope that I will buy some chams from you in the future Tyler. I would feel honored to have some of his chams in my breeding colony. Thanks again Tyler. I am sure everybody else here feels exactly the same way about you. Ttyl.

I have to hand it to Tyler. I have jerked him around a few times wanting to buy an animal from him and for one reason or another just didn't feel it was/is the right time and ended up passing. He has always been super friendly everytime I inquire about an animal and has never given me the brush off like I would think a lot of people would after getting nixed a few times by the same buyer. It is really nice to see a guy out there that is not focused on getting the animal out right away for the sake of a dollar. I honestly think he really cares about where one of his animals ends up and isn't out to move an animal before it or the buyer is ready and that I think is the real mark of an honest seller. THUMBS UP Tyler, when I get my act together and feel comfortable picking up a Panther you will be the person I buy it from!!! It also doesn't hurt that the animals you sell look to be twice the size of other Breeder's animals that are the same age. Thanks again for putting up with me being fussy.

Hey,

Oh yea, you reminded me of something, Tbss.

A few months back, I put a deposit down, through paypal, for a pair of ambilobe panthers from Tyler. Due to certain circumstances, a few days later, I was unable to buy the chams. Not only was Tyler not mas at me for wasting his time, but, he refunded the deposit!!! I was, and I am most impressed with Tylers business practices as well, and his chams are out of this world!!!

And you know what he looks like! Tyler has never been any thing but Great to me. He actually is genuinely interested in how Elvis is doing even 6 months after I purchased him. When I give him a call it seems as though we could talk for hours. He often emails me and says "Where have you been? I expected to see you at the show last w/e"! I am telling you guys he is one of the best people I have ever done business with and that is not easy now days. I am very picky with who I do business with and Tyler is one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever known!
Keep it up Tyler! You are one hell of a guy!

Thanks alot for the kind words from everyone. I have to admit, I was suprised at the outcome this weekend at the show. For those of you who didn't know, I had entered 2 Ambanja panthers in the Reptiles Magazine "Cutting Edge Reptile Show" on Saturday morning in Del Mar, CA. After being judged a few hours later, they were reading off the winners over the loudspeaker. I heard my name as winning first place in the chameleon category, and by the time I got to the front area, I had also taken second place, and overall "Best of Show." They took some pics of us, which I think will show up in Reptiles Mag probably in the February issue. It was a fun weekend, and was nice to see some of you again.

Feenie - Thanks for your comments, and for this thread. Hope your chams are doing well.

Adam - Keep pushing those Pinks, as I see alot of potential with them. I'm still hoping yours turn out to be screaming pink, and if you're smart, you'll keep each and every one of those females from the first clutch.

Tyson - Once your cards are all in the right place, I'll get you lined up with a nice panther, just let me know when you're ready.

John - Funny that you say that ha ha ha. I was just going to e-mail you and ask why you didn't show up this weekend! See you in Costa Mesa in 10 days, maybe???

Here's a pic of the winning animal:

Hi tyler,
my babies are fine. Getting bigger every day. Rana had the blues for a while, but she's on pretty strick diet right now, so all is well. Yosamite is doing great. He is getting big, and he loves his silkies!! Lou has hit the growing stump, but I'm sure it will spurt up here the next few weeks. And Stitch, well, he is Stitch. He still likes to sit on my head and watch the world from there. We are now going into winter mode. No more hanging outside. I guess it's just that time of the year.... any way, congrants again.... and you were worried about the competition?? Honey you are the competition!!!

Hey Tyler,

While we aren't going to keep all the females from the clutch (financial probs!!!) we are going to hold back a small 2.3 group for ourselves.

That is awesome news about the show, and how you won. I am very happy for you. But, you and I, and everybody else here, knows that you REALLY deserved it. You dedication to the hobby, shows in the animals you produce.
