VEILD BROWN STAGE

i have a young male veild about 4-6 months old he is kept in a esu screen cage with live plants and a uvb bulb and the temps average 75-85 in the enclosure any way he is misted twice a day and yet he has lost his colors he has his colors in the morning when i get up but he turns brown with a hint of green when i come home from work is there a period where they lose color my female is the same way any suggestions the pic is my female when i first got her

Yes, veileds can go through a brown phase at about this age. Mine did, and others post about it too. Does he still turn light green when sleeping?
