Please tell me if it is safe to keep female leos of different sizes together. One is 40g and the younger is 22g. The enclosure is a 20long. How close in size / weight should leos be when kept together? Thx!!! R

It sounds like they will do fine together. Just make sure that there are nurmerous hides (so the bigger leo won't bully the other leo out of a spot) and put two food dishes in at different spots in the tank to make sure the younger leo is getting her fair share of the food. Other than that, they should do well.
i agree, but do keep a very close eye on the smaller one. they can get stressed by the bigger one, maybe feeling inferior.
and make sure shes not bullied out of food. if she is move her to another cage or maybe just for feeding. make sure there are lots of hides, do this and you should be fine
I just got a high yellow sub-adult female and a hatchling patternless yesterday. I have them in seperate quarantines right now, but I was wondering if I can put the sub-adult in with my two other geckos. I have a male jungle tangerine and a tremper albino. They are in a large Rubbermaid container, roughly 32" by 15". The tang and the albino are about two months old and weigh 18-20 grams. My new female weighs about 34-38 grams. Here is a comparision picture of them. Is it okay to house them together in a week or two?? Or would it be better to wait until the hatchling patternless is about a month old and house it with the albino and tang? I really don't want to have more than two cages right now, at least until I get a rack system! Thanks and take it easy
