Cape Gophers and Dwarf Bulls come to mind. I do not think there's such a thing as a small Pine? Sonoran Gophers do not get too big...not sure about the others as I have never kept any. You may want to look for Tim Spuckler at Third Eye. I am not sure but he may work with Black Pines, as well as Suncoast Reptiles who may have an ad running on the classifieds now

Hello David,
the subspecies P. c. pumilus from Santa Catalina Island and a few ajected isles off the coast of San Francisco are the smallest Pituophis. 70-80 cm is a normal lenght for an adult snake, 1 m would be the maximum lenght.
