ive heard male snakes can shed the skin on thier hemipenis, i found somthing in my snakes water dish and in wondering what it is.

what i found was a little, hollow, rootbeer brown, "egg like" sac. its kinda hard and dents when you squeeze it it looks like a bugs cacoon and its long and slender, about a centemeter long.

any suggestions would be helpfull, im interested to see what it is

Sounds like a dud egg to me. Did you have the snake sexed? Or is it possible that it is female?
