For my sulcata tortoise, we moved him outdoors into this
insulated cottage we made just for him using residential
construction techniques and materials. It's insulated,
walls, floor, has an attic access, trusses, and the door
is steel. Double hung window is another access point
for the tortoise.
Fencing is 6 ft.X 10 ft. dog kennel panels (6 of them) lined with
boards inside. Cottage has electricity, including motion
sensor exterior lights.
