If you have mulberry growing as a shade tree in your neighborhood (these are very common in my area of Northern CA), this is a nice addition to a PTS diet. Calcium/Phosphorous ratio is supposedly very good, high in long fiber for GI health, FREE if you have nice neighbors or if you have a tree on your own property, can't get more fresh than just picked, promotes normal feeding behavior- they can climb a branch and hang vertically. My PTS will come out and eat at high noon if fresh branches are put in their enclosure during the day- they can smell the new leaves.
***make sure the tree is NOT sprayed with anything and wash the branches to get off dust, bird poop ect, and any possible residual chemicals that may have settled on said leaves***
