Hey everyone,
Just when I was about to give up on my possibly gravid dumerils, she had a terrible litter last night. As usual, my 10 month son and I did the morning check only to find two dead baby dums and about 7 pills all smooshed underneath her. It's hard to say what happened, but by the looks of it she had smothered the two babies (as opposed to them being stillborn). I know it was only two babies, but two is better than none (and they were pretty good looking, too). It was her first litter, for what it's worth. Better next time, eh?
