Ok. Last year I got this uromastyx around Dec. He's been fairly active for a Yellow Nigerian Uromastyx. It is thursday Oct. 21st right now. On Oct 19th he was out and about eating and whatnot. Today, the 21st I picked up his cave to make sure he was ok. He's about half shed but my main concern is he hasnt been out in the last 48 hours. Is this common this time of year? Please let me know I'm worried something is wrong. He seems healthy looking at him but I want to know for sure. I appreciate any answers.

it's hard to say for sure but when in doubt, just take the little guy to the vet
but here are some ideas
my guys haven't been out as much lately because the weather changed alot to cool and rainy so they have been snoozing most of the day and getting up for a few hours
since he is shedding, he could be moody. helga looks for any reason to be moody but is exceptionally so when she is shedding
does he have runny poops? do they smell really bad? has he lost any weight? if so he could have parasites. if you have had him for almost a year and haven't had a fecal done in a while, it couldn't hurt to get one done. my vet recommends one twice a year but definitely once a year

He's back out today being his peppy self so I think it's because the weather dropped and it's been real muggy out lately. That was my first assumption but I Wanted to be sure. Thanks for the response
