What is the best bedding to use???

Mikesaw23 Oct 21, 2005 08:27 PM

Hello Everyone,
I have a 1 and a half year old ghost corn and a 3-4month baby albino. I am currently using paper towels for a bedding everyone says it is good is it. I like it I personally think it is the best but what do you all think.

I personally dont like paper towels and newspaper, even though they are the best substrate you can get (cheap and clean wise) but I personally dont like it. I used it for a week straight when I got my new snake then switched to crushed walnuts and soon I will switch to aspen or reptibark or both.

because I find the ease of cleaning is great! You can see every time that they defecate, and you can just take out the whole thing and replace it so easily. I wipe down the cage itself with a baby wipe, and then spray it with novalsan disenfectant.
