I want to get into ball python breeding but I have to start cheap any sugestions

Wait until the cost doesn't effect your decisions.

Build up your cages etc NOW, and then add a few really nice females. Wait on the male- get used to proper husbandry with the girls, then get the best possible male for them when you have the funds. Breeding snakes takes time (and money) but trying to cut either will cost you more in the long run. Best Wishes-
