You are better off posting this on the boa constrictor forum.
BTW - there is no such thing as a "common" boa constrictor. The species is sometimes called the "Common Boa" to distinguish it from less abundant species (rainbow boas, treeboas).
As for the locality (nicaraguan vs anywhere else), most people have seen too few boas from different localities to be able to judge that with any certainty, especially with a juvenile. You could probably say that it was from northern mexico vs. central america/southern Mexico vs. south america, but that is probably as specific as I would venture to guess.
