On the pictures of hand made racks I saw a box thing electrical I think . What is this? Is it like a heater of some sort? If so were do I get one? And how much do they coast? I am cofussed on this one. please help the newbie out

I'm not sure what pics you are talking about, but most likely it's a thermostat.

Most people use flex-watt(heat tape) controled by thermostats.

The prices range depending on which type of thermostat you use.

I would assume the "thing" you saw to be a thermostat for maintaining the teperature. They range from $20.00 to $190.00 with a lot of quality reliable ones at the $100.00 range. Hope this helps.
