Good eggs or bad eggs...

pweaver May 18, 2003 12:25 PM

My knoblochi king layed 8 eggs today. They are kind of yellowish in color though, so I'm wondering if they are good or not. Any opinions?

Off white coloring is NOT an indication that eggs are bad. Those look like good fertile eggs.

They look pretty good. As an observation, I have noticed that the slugs any of my snakes might lay usually do not form a "clutch" like these. Most times they are loose and seperated from each other. I would think those are viable and will "whiten up" in days. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Keep us posted.
