i talked to my old science teacher today, and he said one of his students FOUND a chuckwalla at a school, on campus. he said the kid brought into his classroom for a few days to show him, sounded like a large female, about 15inches longs, grayish tan, and the tip of its tail was cut off. had to be some poor someones lost pet, the school isnt to far from where i live in So. Cal, about a hundred miles away from any natural Chuckwalla habitat. P.S. my science teacher also keeps reptiles and hes seen my Chucks, so... he knows what a Chuckwalla is. Kinda weird tho isnt it?
