what is a "barbata vitticeps"?

Well that would refur to a hybrid.

A pogona vitticeps is the scientific name for the inland bearded dragon( that what everyones beardies are)

Pogona barbata is the coastal or eastern bearded dragon. they are very uncommon in the usa. Only a hand full of people have them.

There is some speculation that german giants are hybrids between easterns and inland dragons.

What she was refurring to was a cross between the two. But since there are so few easterns in us popultions that would be very unlickly. And for it to be noticable it would pretty much have to be an f1 or f2 generation.
