Just purchased two baby (2-3 weeks old) cresteds yesterday and set them up in an 18x18x18 terrarium. I've noticed most people keep them in Kritter Keepers. Think my guys will be OK, or will they have trouble finding food in a larger enclosure?

they should find food an do just fine, the reason most people keep them in smaller cages is so they can monitor eating/pooping better.
you may want to consider setting them up in something a bit smaller, but it would honestly be more for you than for the geckos as they will do fine either way.

FlamedCrestie is right; as far as the size of the enclosure goes, they'll do fine. Cresteds have a really good sense of smell and sight so they'll find food alright, and in the rain forest they would have really huge spaces to move around in and they must manage alright. I would only be concerned about the substrate in the terrarium if you feed crickets: on paper towel there is less likelihood of their ingesting a mouthful of substrate with a cricket and possibly choking.
