This is my 02Albino het. Anery with her male 01Anery. friend. I have noticed them locked up here and there, the longest being through the night and into the morning. Other than that there has been little action. I think she went into her shed cycle but am not positive. In previous post there was a discussion about the females doing odd things with their tails. I watched this go one night for a few minutes, at first I thought she was defecating, but no go. I disregarded what I had noticed until reading that post reflecting on it just now… hmmm?

Yeah sorry about the crappy pics but I try not to disturb them that often. Taking pics has to suck for a Boa. I just snapped a quick pic and that was that. At this point the quality of the pics were not that important to me. Thanks for the Anery Chris he is havin a good ole time round here.

How big are these boas (the ones in the previous posts as well)?

To be honest I cannot remember the last time I weighed or measured them. I know my hypo had a good foot or so on me when she was out and about this past summer. She would stretch all the way out and I would lay down next to here, so I would guess 7-8ft 20-30lb? the albino female is not as long but has the girth to make up for it and is also around 20-30lb. Her brother is like 6ft and like less than half her size. The Anery male is a tad longer than the albino male and thinker overall. Hope I answered your question.

Thanks, Greg! That's perfect. I'm just trying to get an idea of how fast people grow their boas. I think I'm more on your end of the spectrum. I have a hypo that's a little over a year and 4 feet.
