my first ball pythons EVER just arrived via a cute ups driver
two normal high gold girls and boy are they FAT AND GORGEOUS!!! i know this may not seem like anything to yall jaded breeders but this is a huge milestone to me.... FINALLY, the START of my dream of owning quality snakes! everyone rejoice with me and reminis of the day when you got YOUR first breeders

LOL - there was a point earlier this year when we would get a new snake delivered a couple of times a week. My husband started to get very suspicious when my boys started being more excited to see the arrival of the UPS/Fedex guy than him. Fortunately neither are very hot - LOL

Yeah, I bought my first balls late this spring. The thought was to pick up a pastel male and a couple females...3 grand max...
$12,000 and 18 more balls later, I had my blonde lock up with my first female (this week!)!!! I think the only thing that's ever excited me as much as these balls are when my girlfriend and I started dating! (Honestly, I'd choose her if I HAD to, but fortunately that's not an issue!)

I just was curious who did you buy from? Im planning to get some next weeked or early-late spring (I know broad times lol). I'm already worried about buying from a person thats not a good shipper/breeder. Just planning to get 1 and 2 if theres a deal. So who did you buy from?

i bought my male from someone local, and the 3 girls from (i guess) no name people that i just found their ad on kingsnake classifieds. Didnt buy from any biggies like RDR or NERD if thats what you were asking. sorry

Yeah, Good shopping. I've spent a good bit more than that now, but I've gotten all but three of my snakes who will breed this year. My blonde is a proven breeder as well as several of my females. The PLAN is to just about break even this year and then see what will happen from then on. What I'd like to do is keep/trade most of what I produce after this year in order to make a crazy collection! What are your hopes?
