I have a few bullfrogs that i want to move to a bigger tank. should i set it up with all water with some higher rock places to sit on or should i do like half land half water. thanks in advance. also can i feed them pinkies?

i fed my albino asian bullfrog hoppers. they seem to like mostly land with enough water for all to be out at the same time without being piled on top of eachother. so a small land area made with a slope of gravel would probably be best.
