Well, I don't know the specifics on shipping anything "live" overseas, but . . . I work for a large corporation and get involved in shipping parts to some of our overseas operations, and talk about a PAIN in the butt!!! Now I'm not talking about large shipments either, just basic machine parts, small components & misc. in small shipments, I'm talking it could be a box that weighs all of 1 or 2 lbs. And shipping overseas is pretty expensive. I'm sure shipping anything "live" would be a lot more complicated & probaby requires quarantining on the receiving end once it gets there. Something I definately wouldn't want to mess with myself for personnal shipments.

Thanks for the reply. I tried UPS, FedEx, DHL, all of which said NO LIVE ANIMALS! DHL is the only company that I found that will even ship here. FedEx had the forms for overseas shipping and the huminazation code for live lizard shiping, but they weren't having it. Ray Hines ships here, I just have to figure out how.

Yes, DHL is how we ship overseas. Getting the Harmonizing codes, Export Licenses, ECCN numbers (don't think you need that though) etc., all that stuff is a pain LOL I just LOVE when something gets held up in Customs for some absolutely stupid reason too. I just cringe every time I get a request for parts from our overseas operations, I simply hate messing with it all.

Thanks for the help, but DHL won't ship animals overseas. They only ship here.
