2 weeks ago i noticed meg's eye was dented in, a sign of dehydration. she eats regularly so shes getting fluids. she shed yesterday and her eye is dented again! geez.. what can i do to rehydrate her?

What is the humidity in the cage - you can try bumping that up a bit and see if it helps.

I have used a diabetic syringe to inject F/T meals with supplemental H2O.

Try a good soak in room temperature or slightly warmer water.

its been at 80 for her shed, but i guess ill keep it up. and where do you get this injection stuff?

oh wait i read that wrong. i feed her live so im not sure that injecting would work..

Right. I wasn't talking about injecting the snake (though I have had one hydrated that way by the Vet) I was talking about getting supplemental fluid intake by injecting Frozen-Thawed rodents with water when the snake didn;t seem to take in water on his own.

The ball python manual says to correct dehydration you can administer Gatorade or Pedialyte by using a gastric tube.
