How do I post an ad with a pic....Without shrinking the pic down to nothing(150kb).....Is it my camera taking too big of picture, or am I just being and idiot and doing something wrong??...I was just going to post a couple but I had to make my pics so small they looked terrible...

Any help would be GREAT!!...

There is a couple things you can try...

First open your picture in an editor like microsoft pic editor or whatever program you are useing to reduce it. Right click on pic and view properties... it will say like 300 dpi or something...you need to change that to 72 dpi first. Then go to image or resize pic on your tool bar, and resize to something like 5 inch x 8 inch. That should have your pic reading about 80-90 kilobytes.

Second host your pics on photo bucket and each pic will have a cut and paste link to use in your ad. Then it does not matter the file size, except for viewers with dial-up. Hope this makes sense, Andy

photo bucket pictures (not sure why), but if it is for an ad, you would probably prefer it if everyone could see it. You can also try printroom.com. Image event and picturetrail have attractive display albums, but they cost money. Printroom stores many pics and you can have many albums and it's free.
