I usually wait six days before feeding and then wait for him to feed three times in a row without regurging, or anything negative before I start Handling at all, unless I am doing cage maintenance or soaking before a shed
thanks

Tony gave you great advice about making sure your snake gets a meal or two in them before handling. And you do want to wait a few days after arrival before you attempt to feed. But I do also factor in if it's a socialized adult or baby & whether it seems healthy or not. The minimum time before I handle a Ball Python is 2 days after their first meal with me.
