Does it still take a month to do the paperwork to ship live reptiles by FedEx, or is the process getting easier? What paperwork is required for UPS? Is UPS safe?

I opened a DHL account via internet on Thursday and got my paperwork on Monday. Shipped today, first time, fingers still crossed.
