Gold redtail madness (photos)..........

Like a lot of people, I like yellow/gold redtails. This top photo is of a trio of 2 year-olds produced here from our giant Iquitos gold female and a nice clean-patterned iquitos male. These were picked solely for their possible potential to be gold in color. (maybe we have that figured out) It is hard for some people to believe but these boas are really yellow/gold, just as in this photo.

This is a male/female (sibling) pair born here in 2000 from a different female, same male. These were picked largely for the almighty 'clean-gene'. Apparently there is more to a boas looks than the number of spots or speckles. The color contrast between the two is also fascinating.
