I called the hospital and they said you were released but then I couldn't find your home number; sorry about that. It sure is good to hear from you; you've been in my thoughts and prayers. Its a good lesson for everyone; don't deny early signs of heart attack....it could happen to anyone (and I am speaking from personal experience in just losing one of my best staff who was only 20 years old and in seemingly perfect shape). Keep us posted on your progress and let us know if you there's anything we can do for you.

Fred,
Good to hear from you! Take it one day at a time. Stay off the freeway! Way to much stress.
I was born and raised in El Cajon many years ago. Still miss it…especially around winter time here.
This is my first year breeding my Easterns!!! If I get lucky, the first male will be named after you. That would be the first one that nips at my fingers….Ha!

Take care Fred…Glad your back..

Fred,

Glad to see you're back here! Take care of yourself! We're too few in numbers as it is...can't lose any dry people.
