I've never given my leo babyfood, but I've heard of people doing so. Some will, some wont. As a treat its probably ok, just dont over do it.

some do like it and will eat alot. Just don't feed too much it kinda gives them the squirts. As a treat if they like it, it is fine also sometimes if they are not eating it helps. Try to use some with no preservetives.

Even if your on the right track you will get run over if you just sit there

I have fed my geckos baby food when they weren't feeling well. I adopted two a few months ago, and both of them had bad cases of pin worms. One of them had quit eating completely. My vet recommended that I feed them chicken flavored baby food with some ensure and calcium supplement mixed in so that they could get back some of the nutrition they lost when they were fasting. Sick geckos are the only ones I've fed baby food to, and I think a few wax worms are a better gecko treat than fruit flavored baby food.
My leos dont eat baby food, although I have heard that some may. What you could do is feed the crickets the baby food so that its gut-loaded and it will get to your gecko.
I'll feed my crickets the baby food every now and then like as a treat. I'll get anything fruity. If you go with this option make sure that you only keep it in there for a day or day and a half so that it does not go bad or get moldy.
