He needs to be quarantined. You should quarantine all new animals from one another for at least 90 days in my opinion. This is done to prevent the spread of parasites and diseases into your collection. Are you planning on breeding them? If not, then I wouldn't keep them together.

Dragons digest food best when hot. So your female most likely just uses that area to poo whenever she basks. Just make sure you pick up the poo as soon as you see it, and disinfect he area regularly.

Yesterday I had a Fulkers Thermometer on my dragons basking spot. I went back to check the temperature again. Guess what?

The biggest poo ever, right on the screen of the thermometer... :|

The pooping is probably nothing, they will digest when they are warm and poop when they are done!

On a more serious note...

you need to seperate the two dragons...first of all the male needs to be quarentined for 60-90days. and second of all, its not a good idea to house a male and female beardie together, its not a good idea to house beardies together anyway, but it gets even trickier when its a male and a female.

I have a whole thing typed up at home about why its a bad idea...when i get home tongiht i will post it
