I am building a snake rack in my tech class. But what I need to know is what kind of thermostat to use. How much heat tape do I need? the rack is 55"x4'x50" there are 7 layers of cages and there are cages on both the front and back of the rack.So it is like an island with two sides of snakes. also can I put a plexiglass door on both sides of the rack? Of course it will have to have air holes in it. would that help keep heat in ? I am only going to get a few snakes for now but I figured since the school is paying for my wood part of the I should make big.
