Mystery King Second clutch

snakesunlimited1 Oct 29, 2005 09:46 PM

This is the female who had an unsuccessful twin in her egg. The pic doesn't do her justice but I wanted to share anyway. Zenny and Jetzen have a pair each from a different mother that are lightening with age so this one is really exciting for me. I lost the nicest male out of this clutch. Apparently if you leave the cage open the snakes will leave. I am a idiot and forgot to shut his drawer after feeding somehow.

Very nice Jason,i hope you find the escapee.

I am hoping to find him. I have tape out but who knows. This female is almost as nice or possibly nicer than your male. I want to breed the sibs together and see what happens. Hopefully there is some genetic trait in these too. (hypo)

Jason,I think many of have done something similar. You'll find the snake. Last year I was feeding and went back in the house for an hour or so only to return to a completely open rubbermaid that housed one of my best mex-mex. Incredibly she was still coiled up in the corner of her box and never left!
Lucky for me.

That little mystery girl looks to have a more narrow eastern type nose than the ones i got from from ya.
And BTW i love those incomplete bands on the adult eastern, i may be interested in some offspring from it next year if i have any vacancys.

That eastern is the Cook Co female to go with my Cook Co. male from the post below. They are both killer and will hopefully spit out some awesome offspring that will be locality. They are full siblings and I have another Cook Co female from different parents that is completely unrelated. Knowing you that is the female you will want some from. I know you don't like sibling pairings. The other female is in shed but has thin complete bands. I will get a pic of her up soon.
Female on top male on bottom.
