Best Lemon Pastels: NEED ADVICE

malesh02 Oct 30, 2005 10:34 AM

Hey all. I'm in the market for pastels and drawn towards the lemon line. My questions are these. Who produces the best lemons? What should I look for when picking a good one out and about how much should I expect to spend purchasing a nice '05 pair? I've heard rumors that many lemons sold aren't "true" lemons meaning the parents weren't both lemons so I'm looking for a breeder that I can rely on and trust. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.

if both parents were pastels then you would get super pastels, not more pastels. only one parent needs to be a pastel to get pastel babies

Actually..... you would also get pastels and even normals out of a pastel to pastel breeding, not just supers.

Lemon pastels are marketed and produced by N.E.R.D, many, many Lemons out there are simply put, not lemons...

There are other strains of Pastel which aren't labeled Lemons that rival the best True Lemons.

If you truly want a lemon, give Kevin at N.E.R.D a call, you can't go wrong with him.

Good luck
