Here's an Ed Bradley high yellow Biak. Purchased this one from Phong Q Lee, a great guy with phenomenal animals. I highly recommend him - I think he has a few left if anyone is interrested.

RON745 Oct 30, 2005 01:51 PM

This shot shows the true color of the animal unfortunately he tucked his head for this one - don't you just hate it when the head isn't in the shot?

iceyesnteeth Oct 30, 2005 09:47 PM

you cant show us this animal and not provide more info....age,size??

iceyesnteeth Oct 30, 2005 09:48 PM

really nice by the way

RON745 Oct 30, 2005 10:06 PM

Thanks for the compliment. The Biak is a little more than two and a half years old. I'm guessing on the size but somewhere between 3 and 4 feet. Again, I'm just guessing. He looks to be a bit nippy so I don't handle him and I don't own a scale for any kind of weight specs. I'm hoping that he stays this yellow. Biaks can take a long time to change but the fact that the sire looks almost identicle has me pretty confident that he won't change much more. There's still a hint of his baby pattern left which will eventually disappear. Only time will tell. ----RON

iceyesnteeth Oct 31, 2005 09:05 AM

Hey,
Very nice looking Biak. I have a few babies at the moment, about to be posted soon. Two are eating on their own. If there is anyone interested shoot me an email. Babies will be posted on KS.

Won't tell you where I got this one - wouldn't recommend the seller to anyone. Nice animal though.

These two are siblings and were produced by Dave Prada. Purchased them through Gary Schiavino. Gary's reputation speaks for itself - he's a true asset to the hobby and him along with Phong get my highest approval.

i have an adult manakawari that i raised from a yellow neonate.one of my favorite snakes and mine was close to 3 before he turned green and blue.he looked exactly as a canary untill he was 3 and was around 3-3.5 feet.then he turned bright, light green with blue dorsal, ill post some pics if youd like.just thought id mention that as there are few photos of adult manakawaris floating around and yo may be wondering what you have to look foward to.very similar in looks to a nice sorong only his green is a bit lighter than my sorongs and the blue is brighter.

RON745 Oct 31, 2005 01:30 PM

Would love to see some pics of your adult Manok. There aren't too many pics of adults floating around. I've seen the pics that Bushmaster has on their website and I've also seen pics of the sire and dam of the babies I have. When I decided to get some animals with blue dorsal striping I specifically chose Manokwaris because they have the nicest electric blue. I'll keep an eye out for your pics.Thanks-----RON

I've had this animal for close to 8 years now. You know how they say that Aru's are very docile? - well this guy must have missed that class! No touching this one.

googo151 Oct 31, 2005 01:15 PM

Hey,
A nasty Aru, not heard of! LOL! Just an amazing little man either way. He's probably begging for some Aru female love. Get him some!

LOL yeah most seem pretty easy going. I have a few, one male is a real demon as soon as you open his cage he's locked and loaded. Hasn't got me yet but not from lack of trying. Randy
