breeding tegus

i have two chacoan tegus from different bloodlines and i can't seem to find too much information on breeding tegus except that hibernation needs to be done to do it and mine are outdoors so that is no problem. First how do you sex tegus. Second when do they reach sexual maturity and how do you get them to breed
