I know this has been asked in the forum before, but I can't seem to find the post. What is the name of the book by Allen that is primarily about Rhacodactylus? Also, any recommendations for a place that sells cresties online? Thanks ahead of time!!!

Allen and DeVosjoli book comes out in August. You can find the pre-order information at giantgeckos.com.
