General Kingsnake info needed

I have and am familiar with Cornsnakes but have been interested in perhaps obtaining a King soon. I am not afraid of snakes but don't particularly want to get a snake that is going to be difficult to handle. I was wondering about the temperments of the different varieties of Kings. Is there any particular type I should steer clear of? I am very fond of the Thayeri, any opinions are appreciated. Thanks Dolphinsue

thayeri are a very nice kingsnake to keep, mild and mellow.

I can only tell you about Cal Kings. I got two and one bites all the time wanting food. The other is great, you can handle her and feed real easy. So in short it depends on the attitude of the snake.
