I have a question?

I have a 20 long tank, can you have 2 collared's in that size tank? and can you keep male's and female's together all the time??? Just wondering

Yes, you can, but they would be much happier in a bigger tank with more room, collareds love to run , jump, and just use every inch of space.

So although I say yes, remember BIGGER IS BETTER

And yes, a male can be kept with a female at all times, as long as he's not agressive or harming her.
Just don't house 2 males together, as adult males are quite territorial amd will fight and can inflict alot of damage to one another.

Thank's so very much for your help! I went and put one in lay-away at the pet store that is 2 time's as big and the one I have now. And hinting to Mom for xmass, ha ha . Just thought it would be nice for Draggy (my male) to have someone to play with. He does us all his space to play, and I love to watch him!!!
