the petstore sed it was a normal but someone told me it looked too red to be a normal.any opininois?

No not a normal, Im 75% sure its a miami phase. Beautiful snake. Nice setup by the way didn't you just obtain a normal Ball python? Where did you get him? If you dont mind me asking.

Miami Phase is a phase of normal corn just like Okeetee. To get something that is not "normal" one would assume it has a genetic trait. You can't have a het miami or het okeetee.
That snake is 100% normal and looks like many corns from all over their range in the wild. I wold be more concerned with where the snake came from (wc?) than what phase it is. If I where you I would go back to the pet store and ask where they got the snake from and make sure it is captive born. If I had to hazard a guess I would say that corn originated in Florida somewhere on the east coast but I could be way off.

i got it a petstore called that pet place.the one near has some nice herps.not all,but some.i made sure i wasnt getting ripped off and it was healthy and stuff like that.
