Separating Snakes?

bpconnection Oct 31, 2005 12:15 PM

Right now, I go out of my way to wash my hand in between snakes I handle. I've been told this is the safe way to do it. I try to keep them from crawling on areas others will be on...Then I see pics with snakes all over eachother. Is that overkill on my part? What is good practice and what is OCD?

I would think if you know what you have in your collection then it is overkill but if you have a few new kids in your collection or you are going to and from a quaritine room then I think it is a pretty good idea.
