I have a quick questions...your help is greatly appreciated...more

I have 2 females that are adult, and I have them in the same tank, and they are doing fine, except that one is much skinnier, but she just got doen with medication for protozoans, so I am still working on ehr. I have another leo who is smaller so housed alone, and I am pretty sure it's a "he". So can I house the male and 2 females together? Will they automatically mate? I don't really want to have to worry about eggs right now, I want my 3 healthy as can be first. Please let me konw any and all input, it is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was just curious the best way to put fat back on a leo that was just sick. My normal is much skinnier than my albino, just curious what is healthy to give her to put some weight back on.

You could also use a pinky.

to put weight on, waxies and pinkies, however waxies are really high in fat and not very nutricious while pinkies are a bit more nutricious, but is your gecko big enough for a pinky, unless you are willing to cut a pinky in 2. However, she is recovering from being sick and the absolute best way to do this is to feed high nutricious foods and slowly put on the weight rather than putting it on in a hurry, go slow with her and do it with good ol' fashion gut loades crickets and mealies.

the female that is the skinniest, I would put more weight on her before breeding her/ introducing her. I have found that when you house two or more geckos together, there is a more dominant eater and sometimes will intimidate the lessers. If at all possible, put the skinnier in a seperate enclosure to build up her weight. And as for putting them all together, they may breed. This year, mine had breed in march and like last year, will probably breed again in early fall. Personally, i would keep them seperated because of the weight issue, it is likely they will breed soon, and the deal with the protozoa ( make sure that the previously sick one is 100% before housing in a small colony).
Hope this helps,

if it was me I would put them all in seperate encloseures. The small sickly one should be pampered and fed as much as she will take. Superworms are good for putting on weight and not being unhealthy about it. Feed as many as she will eat without making her sick. I would not introduce the male till the females are at least 50 grams. The females won't breed till they are receptive but I would not take the chance alot of times when they are laying they won't eat proper and loose alot of weight. My females are around 65 to 70 grams when I breed and loose as much as 20 grams during the process.
