Anyone use it with their leos? Pros/Cons?
The shredded gray carefresh--no, I wouldn't choose it as a substrate for my leos. However, carefresh makes another product--I forget the name. It is made of recycled paper, but looks like pea gravel. The pieces are hard. I've used it with some of my snakes, and like it very much. It packs down and creates an interesting substrate that is easy to spot clean. This might be an option for leos. Just a thought.

I have mine on carefresh, since that is what I happened to have around for the snakes. Can you tell me why it isn't a good idea?
Leos should not be kept on a loose substrate. Use slate tile or repti-carpet.
I do have one on this stuff. I find it easy to clean, but I use it only for my big male. I have not seem him ingest it. I would not recommend it tho, It gives off a very chemical odor when wet.
