I've got an 05 female that I believe has some broken ribs. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this will (1. heal properly, and (2. if it could effect future breeding?

It depends on the break. Fracture, multiple ribs, are the out of alignment, etc. If the ribs break, they can fuse back together. If they fuse inwardly, you could have problems. If they fuse at the spine, you could have problems. Your best bet is to see a vet.
