My lewisi laid 5 eggs. Only one of of them good and almost about the size of a chicken egg. She is now chasing the male who is almost triple her size around the cage. Quite funny.

can you look at the pic I posted below? Is that a similis? Also will you have any baby conspiuosa this year? Tom

I can't tell you because image didn't post. No conspicuosas this year from any of my three pairs.

Hi Mark, can you tell me how long your female stopped eating for? My hybrid is giving me a fit over this. It has been 2 months of not eating hardly anything. Sunday she did eat 5 superworms tho. At this point I would feed her just about anything.

Thanks,
Carole

I didn't monitor the females eating habits this year. I know in the past, she would go off feed for three or four weeks. Are you sure your lizard is gravid? Do you have a male that bred with her? If not, she could be carrying infertile eggs which does happen also. If so, do you have a nest box set up for her? If not, do so.------------M

Am I sure she's gravid? yes, I wonder if anyone read my post below asking for advice about the timetable. No one responded anyway. There have been xrays and we can see the eggs in there. It has been 2 months of barely any food intake.
