I believe it's really depends on how the cage is made. Depending of what kind of material you use etc... Where the cage is placed etc...
You need enough airflow in it, but if you have too much airflow, and if that air is dry then you won't have enough humidity or it could be too cold and you will cost you more in electricity.
The cage you show looks good if you plan on buying those. Here is some good ones too.
