Nice animals! By the way, could you elaborate on a "true flame" hypo Brooksi??
What are the particulars?
Thanks.

Thanx...

When i say True Hypo flame i mean a snake that was from a normal parent that is classified as a Flame and show Flame characteristics well into adulthood meaning all/majority of the red-orange is lost.

Now Rainer was the first one who told me that hypo Brooksi with redheads are the ones that hold their color into adulthood, I started asking around and it was true, i found on breeder locally that produce them and he verified this as well, but he did say, he's bred two "redheads" and did not produce all redhead hypos, (majority were "redheads"

now female was sold to me as a hypo Flame, she started losing her red very fast, she's a yearling now and has a nice orange coloration, but i think it will continue to fade... (she's still very nice)

Day i got her

approx. a week after i got her

Few months ago

hope that was a good explanation.

Thanks. I kinda figured the red head may have something to do with it. Still, I have so many different looks with my hypos (especially this year) that I was wondering what some may be described as, if you know what I mean. I wouldn't want to use the term "flame" just as a description now that I know it has been coined as a trait for others' snakes.

Man Zenny you are gonna go from a couple clutches this year to a few clutches next year to a whole bunch the following year. You got a bunch of nice stuff and I can't wait to see you producing all them babies. Better start planning out the baby racks now.

Later Jason
