I what to keep Ambystoma maculatum and tigrinum together in a tank of 90cmx50cmx30cm. Both of them a couple. To your opinion, can these two been kept together, and if so is the tank big enough?

I keep 2 tigers and a spotted in a similar size cage. Hasn't been a problem for 2 years, so I can't imagine it being a problem for you. Just make sure each gets its fair share of food, the spotted seems slow to the catch.
Thanks for the info, but now I have an other question.
How do you make sure that the spotted ones get enough food?
If you throw some crickets in there, watch to see if he/she gets his/her fair share. If not, try hand feeding. I usually dangle a cricket or nightcrawlers in front of his mouth, and he usually snaps them up.
Hope this helps. It shouldn't really be a big problem.
