My (supposed) male BP only used to come out of his hide late at night, for maybe 1/2 hour or so. But, these last few days he's been much more bold, coming out of his hide, basking, and exploring the cage for hours on end. I can't think of anything that has changed in his environment (temp, humidity, layout).
Might this have to do with mating season?
I'm surprised, as there seem to be so many successful breeders on this site.
