Ball Python Breeding?

vtrescuekid Nov 02, 2005 07:53 PM

I've been keeping reptiles for a while now but have never really bothered to breed anything (other than leopard geckos that mate when they feel like it). I'm just wondering how hard it is to breed ball pythons and incubate the eggs because I can get a beautiful CB male Pastel Ball Python for $680 from a local pet store. For whatever reason they have it for $850 and they're moving to a bigger store in two weeks and all reptiles are 20% off so it puts the beautiful male at $680. He's a perfectly healthy, captive bred, tame male Pastel ball python. Any thoughts or opinions?

If you read up on all the steps involved and what to use and what not to use etc you should be fine. But with everything you can get dissappointed.

Read up on what it takes to get it done and it really isn't that bad!
