eggs question

my girl layed 37 eggs on Fathers Day
a good bit of them have began to sink in some.
Is this normal or do I need to do something for them?
Thanks for the help
this is my first batch of eggs.

There are some really good articles on egg laying and incubating with pics that may help you. They may need a bit of rehydrating. Before you do this, check this site:
